Simon Huang

Optometrist | BOptom, MOptom, Therapeutically qualified.

Simon is the owner and principal optometrist at Lowes Taaffe & Bhikoo Optometrists. Born in Taiwan and raised in East Auckland, Simon attended Macleans College before completing a Bachelor of Optometry at the University of Auckland. After graduating, he worked in Australia and went on to complete a Master of Optometry from the University of Melbourne.

Simon has a special interest in children's vision, myopia Control, Ortho-K lenses, soft and hard contact lenses, and general optometry. He is passionate about helping patients understand their eye health. As the owner of the practice, Simon values the flexibility to spend more time with his patients in a good old friendly way.

Simon is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
